Lifetime PLUS Limited Warranty

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. 

Effective January 1, 2012, Williams Sound warrants the Personal PA^® FM Listening transmitters and receivers (models PPA T45, PPA T45 NET, PPA T27, PPA T46, PPA R37, PPA R38, and PPA R37-8) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the useful lifetime of the product from date of purchase. This warranty is available to the original end purchaser of the product and CAN BE transferred to subsequent purchasers of the product.

Infrared Products - Soundplus^®

WIR TX9 / WIR TX90 / MOD 232 – 5 years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the SoundPlus® infrared listening systems against defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the SoundPlus® Infrared Listening System.

WIR TX75 / WIR TX75S – 5 years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the SoundPlus® WIR TX75 transmitter and WIR TX75S slave infrared listening systems against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the WIR TX75 infrared listening system.

WIR RX22-4 / WIR RX18 – 5 years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the WIR RX22-4 and WIR RX18 infrared receivers against defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the infrared receiver.

WIR RX 15-2 – 2 years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the WIR RX15-2 infrared receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the infrared receiver.

During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Williams Sound warrants all PLA DL107 NET, PLA DL207 NET and PLA DL210 NET amplifiers and systems against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

PLR BP1 - 5 Years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the PLR BP1 against defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 1012 Digi-Wave™ 12-bay charger against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

CHG 518 / CHG 3502 / CHG 3512 – 1 Year

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 518 Drop-in Multi-bay Charger, CHG 3502 Dual Charger and CHG 3512 Drop-in Multi-bay Charger against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. During the first year from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Neckloops

NKL 001 / NKL 003 – 1 Year

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the NKL 001 and NKL 003 Neckloop Telecoil Couplers against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. During the first year from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

The exclusions and limitations set out above are not intended to, and should not be construed so as to contravene mandatory provisions of applicable law. If any part or term of this Disclaimer of Warranty is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions of this Disclaimer of Warranty shall not be affected, and all rights and obligations shall be construed and enforced as if this Limited Warranty did not contain the particular part or term held to be invalid.

If it is necessary to return the system for service, your Customer Service Representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA) and shipping instructions.

Your warranty becomes effective the date you purchase your system. If your sales receipt is not available, the date code on the product will determine your warranty status.
